3. Account Registration

3.2 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by ji33 Casino are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. ji33 Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji33 Casino makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data

ji33 Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ji33 Casino implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices.

12. Account Termination

ji33 Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Upon termination for cause, ji33 Casino may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold winnings pending investigation. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the resolution of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting ji33 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ji33 Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
